At the Academy of Occult Arts, our students and faculty are expected to adhere to a strict schedule. We are aware that the schedules may come off as confusing and even overwhelming, so we have created a guide for understanding the average school day at AOA. Please note that any classes listed below are used only as an example; for the schedule that pertains to you or your child, kindly refer to the schedule sent via post. Otherwise, you may request a copy from your administrative representative. It is also worth noting that all times listed below are in Eastern Standard Time; please refer to this website when discerning the best time for entrance to the dark dimension.

A student schedule may look something like this:

Please reach out to your AOA representative for any questions and concerns regarding your schedule, including mistakes and changes.
1 On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, professors use third period to plan for the following night’s classes. This time will be designated as physical health and education for the entire student body. Students are encouraged to partake in an exercise, activity, or sport of their choosing. Should the student be a member of a team or group of athletes, they will most likely dedicate this time to practice. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, some professors have made time for classes, so half the school will attend a traditional class while the other half splits into three separate mental health groups. While we do try to keep students of the same year in the same group, there is no guarantee that they will not be assigned to a group with under/upperclassmen. Contrariwise, we try to keep each group diverse regarding classification, race, nationality, and gender identity, so as to allow students to relate with peers from all walks of life.
2 All competitive events involving AOA athletic teams will take place on Saturdays.
3 All competitive events involving AOA academic teams will take place on Saturdays. All clubs that revolve around volunteering and activism will take place on Sundays.
